Crystal has delivered her message to companies such as FedEx, Intel, Indeed, Nobu Hospitality, and Wells Fargo, earning numerous accolades over the years, including being a two-time TEDx speaker, Power 30 Under 30 awardee, CLO Learning in Practice recipient, and the ATD One to Watch.
The key to her success? Rather than being demotivated by change, Crystal ignites significant shifts within organizations by inspiring a re-imagination of the workplace and exploring the potential of the inevitable changes in today's environment.

The truth is, we are all tired. Facing the reality of widespread burnout is the first step to overcoming it. In this talk, I share what’s making us so tired, how to conquer energy drains, and how to change the paradigm together. Inspiring and team-building, this talk will help create a new vision of every day work in the hybrid VUCA world. In this session, attendees will learn: - Spark your awareness of how living in a digital world both enables and disables productivity & happiness - Consider challenges like Mindless Doing, Disconnected Relationships, and Act “As If” Loyalty. - Learn How to empower yourself and your team rather than be held hostage by the constant environmental challenges
While there are barriers to inclusion which we all know exist, the real problem is that it’s a near-impossible challenge to train the worst of human nature. To achieve inclusion, we have to learn where, when, and how we shine at inclusion already and put systems in place to make these happen every day intentionally. Inclusion is a complex capability that I believe is not built through hearing greater information. This is a generative talk in which the audience participates in activities to process and internalize the insights being shared. This talk builds culture, bridges, and new relationships. • Discuss thinking and acting for diversity vs thinking and acting for inclusion on a day-to-day basis • Identify and practice strengths already used by each individual audience member to build inclusion • Identify a key practice to take back to build inclusion into every day
Crystal Kadakia discusses how STEM and tech professionals can leverage social equations to enhance collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity within their fields, fostering a more dynamic and effective work environment.
Building a movement around a new idea or product? Get A different perspective on marketing and communication campaigns from the lens of learning. I believe that every moment of effective communication needs a moment of learning. That’s why how people learn can make a difference to movement builders and business professionals. In this talk, I draw on my work on the Learning Cluster Design model, a leading modern learning design method in the training industry, to inspire new thinking for communication, marketing, and community builders. This is an interactive keynote, where attendees can have a project in mind and can apply the inspiration they hear.
